With over 29 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital setting, I’ve dedicated my career to caring for older adults. For the first 20 years, I worked directly with patients, gaining deep insight into the unique healthcare needs of the aging population.
In the past 9 years, I transitioned into the role of Clinical Educator, specializing in geriatric care. I train and support healthcare staff in providing compassionate, informed care for older adults, with a focus on:
Normal age-related physical and cognitive changes
Safe and effective medication management
Understanding and managing delirium and dementia
Promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life
I hold a Certification in Gerontological Nursing from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), which reflects my commitment to excellence in caring for older adults.
Now, through my growing Elder Care Management practice, I bring this same expertise directly to families and individuals navigating the challenges of aging. Whether it's coordinating care, advocating for loved ones, or offering education and guidance, I’m here to help ensure that older adults receive the thoughtful, personalized support they deserve.
