A message from our founder

Hi, I’m Lisa Morgan, RN/BSN, and founder of Senior Healthcare Solutions.

I was born and raised on the Monterey Peninsula, and this community has always been close to my heart. For 29 years, I have worked as a registered nurse at Community Hospital of the Monterey Peninsula (CHOMP). During that time, I cared for patients across many stages of life, but I found myself repeatedly drawn to geriatric care. There was something deeply meaningful about serving older adults listening to their stories, advocating for their needs, and helping them live with dignity and comfort.

That passion led me to become an Elder Care Manager, and in 2021, I founded Senior Healthcare Solutions to focus fully on what I believe in most: delivering hands-on, personalized care for seniors.

At Senior Healthcare Solutions, we believe that aging should be met with dignity, comfort, and unwavering support.

Our mission is to provide compassionate, individualized healthcare that allows our clients to thrive while giving their families peace of mind. We act as a trusted partner, helping clients and families navigate the often complex world of senior healthcare.

We work closely with physicians to ensure every client receives optimal care. From attending doctor’s appointments to advocating for appropriate treatments and follow-ups, we’re your eyes, ears, and voice in the medical world.

We also serve as a central point of contact, sharing updates, coordinating care, and ensuring family members stay informed and supported every step of the way.

  • "We connected with Lisa during a very vulnerable and overwhelming time during the height of the pandemic. Our father had suffered 3 strokes and had been losing his eyesight for many years. Our mother had just started navigating the recent diagnosis of dementia and struggled while her husband was in and out of the hospital. As two single working women, we prided ourselves on being able to take care of our parents but soon found that we were unable to navigate the intricacies of long term health insurance policies, doctors, physical therapists, and home health care support. Along came our guardian angel, Lisa. Her background in nursing also helps in working with the various doctors and specialists our parents see, and we are so grateful for her constant communication with them and us.
